Denial a Little Longer
A butterfly hovered around the Tiger Lilies and me this afternoon.
I take that as a good sign.
I can feel July slanting toward August, it is dreamy and there is a whisper in the back of my mind. It's saying, "Time is running out. Soon you will go back to school."

ugggh. let's not talk about school. On Monday I seriously have to buckle down. I'm teaching a new grade, and a new elective and what have I done all summer??? Nothing productive (well for the establishment...I've been fairly productive for me)
Yea, I don't even want to think about it, but it keeps creeping into my mind. Every year I vow to be more prepared and every year I rush in winging it. Oh well. Let's do live in denial for a while longer though, shall we?
